I started teaching VAs out of desperation…

Because successful business owners kept getting burned by virtual assistants who vanished the moment a project deadline got tight, and talented VAs kept getting trapped in $8-per-hour gigs that left them working 70-hour weeks just to afford groceries.

For three years, I heard the same horror stories from both sides: 

Business owners were pulling all-nighters during product launches because their VA disappeared without warning, and skilled assistants were crying in their cars after being screamed at by clients who demanded a complete website redesign for $50.

My lightbulb moment? 

The problem wasn't the people—it was that nobody was teaching VAs how to become actually indispensable.
