I already have admin experience. Will I learn anything new?
Probably more than you expect. Plenty of experienced VAs were already doing these tasks, just not in the most efficient way. The drills show you how to do each one to a professional standard.
What tools do I need?
A computer and an internet connection. We work in everyday tools like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar and Google Drive, and I point you to free options wherever I can.
